Dylan will independently begin working on a assignment within 1 minute after given directions by the teacher 4 out of 5

Dylan will increase positive social skills os that he relates to others, peers, and adults independently for 4 out of 5 opportunities during one week in a 9 week period.

Dylan will refrain from touching peers with his hands or other objects in all settings unless given direction to do so as measured by data colleciton 5 out of 5 opportunities.

Dylan will remain on task by following direstions when given a task (preference or notuntil completion as measured by data collection by teacher/paraprofessional.

Dylan will organize his workspace and clean out his book bag once a week with adult assitance given a verbal prompt as measured by data colleciton/observaiton by teacher/paraprofessional.

The student was resourceful and persued another task independently when appropriate.

The student showed appropriate independence in the classroom and did not rely on adult redirection to continue working.

The student was able to complete in-class work independently, and did not require an adult to redirect attention to task.

The student focused his attention on teacher instructions, classroom lessons and assigned work. Did not require adult redirection.

The student started class work immediately and did not leave his seat.
