Mark will actively participate in physical activities for 10 minutes with minimal verbal prompting for 4/5 consecutive sessions.
Mark will complete 2 or more work jobs with teacher assistance ranging from assistance to verbal prompting, including cleaning up the work job and returning it to it's proper location when completed.
Mark will participate in physical activities during adaptive physical education time with minimal prompting for 4/5 consecutive sessions.
When in the school and community and when given verbal redirection Mark will refrain from hitting and scratching others.
Mark will decrease targeted inappropriate behavior, hitting scratching others biting, and self-injurious biting and head banging.
Mark will match pictures of pre-selected items to be (minimum 3) to the product, remove those products from the shelf and place within his shopping cart
Mark will make a purchase while on community skills following these steps 1) present item for purchase or use AAC to place order 2) hand money for purchase 3) extend hand out for change and receipt
Mark will increase in independence to make choices and purchases in the community using a variety of communication methods including AAC device, picture/symbol exchange,with teacher assistance ranging from verbal prompt to partial physical
Mark will use 3 or more (gestures, pictures, symbol exchange, AAC device to make express "I want more I need to use the bathroom, I am hungry, I am tired) during functional school day activities, given a touch or gesture prompt, in a 9 week period.
Mark will increase his functional communication by indicating his wants and needs through (gestures, pictures, symbol exchange, AAC device)while interacting with a variety adults and peers, given touch cues or gestural prompts in a 9 week period.
