Wautoma Area Schools: Teacher as RTI 'First Responder'

On W 28 August 2013, Jim Wright presented to staff from the Wautoma Area School District on the topic, RTI & the Common Core: The Classroom Teacher as Intervention 'First Responder'.

Following an incident where Hamza receives a consequence, he will identify his role in the situation with 2 or fewer prompts from an adult.

When being given a consequence by an adult, Hamza will look at the person, say, "Okay," and not argue.

When asked, Hamza will verbally identify the steps for accepting the consequences of his own behavior (look at person, say, "Okay," and not argue).
