Mark Will increase his self-management skills by washing his hands 1)obtaining soap 2) rubbing hands 3) rinsing hands and 4) getting a paper towel
Mark will hold a name stamp and utilize it to place his name within a box designated for his name going from partial physical assistance to independence at 50%
Mark will complete 2 or more work jobs with teacher assistance ranging from assistance to verbal prompting, including cleaning up the work job and returning it to it's proper location when completed.
Mark will complete 2 or more work jobs and will clean up work jobs when complete with teacher assistance.
Mark will actively participate in physical activities for 10 minutes with minimal verbal prompting for 4/5 consecutive sessions.
Mark will participate in physical activities during adaptive physical education time with minimal prompting for 4/5 consecutive sessions.
When in the school and community and when given verbal redirection Mark will refrain from hitting and scratching others.
Mark will decrease targeted inappropriate behavior, hitting scratching others biting, and self-injurious biting and head banging.
Mark will match pictures of pre-selected items to be (minimum 3) to the product, remove those products from the shelf and place within his shopping cart 3 out of 5 data opportunities.
Mark will make a purchase while on community skills following these steps 1) present item for purchase or use AAC to place order 2) hand money for purchase 3) extend hand out for change and receipt 3 out of 5 data opportunities.
