Ali has shown initiative in situations where problem solving is involved.

Ali has appropriately initiated conversations with adults in the classroom; her conversation starters have not been "catastrophic" in nature. IE> Ali brings up other topics of interest as opposed to obituaries, murders, crimes, etc.

Ali has asked for (peer or teacher) assistance in a timely manner whenever she has required help in the classroom or other activity at school.

Ali has participated fully in group discussions rather than allow others in the group to dominate.

Ali's hair has been clean and neatly combed.

On Wednesday, 19 March 2014, Jim Wright presented a workshop for Eastern Suffolk BOCES on the topic, Gaining the Instructional Edge in Grades 3-12: How to Find & Fix Academic Skill Deficits

The student listened to teachers, followed instructions, and kept himself safe.

Student completed assignment independently in class using the appropriate checklist to ensure that time was used and steps were taken to guarantee it was completed accordingly/correctly with minimal errors.

Shawn when given a task analysis of no more than 4 steps partial physical prompts modeling gestures will wash hands 4/5 opportunities at 80%.

Shawn when given a task analysis of no more than 4 steps at 70% 4/6 trials.
