Course Documents: These documents explain the purpose of the course and assignments.
- Course Outline. This document lays out the course schedule (face-to-face meetings; online instruction) and assignments.
- Assignments: Participants will design and carry out a Classroom Academic Support Plan and write a reflection paper on the problem-solving process. Read this document for more assignment details.
- Online Course Modules (hosted by Thinkific). Participants will complete a series of online modules as part of their coursework.
Session 1: Saturday 24 March 2018: During this course introduction, participants learn about the 4 steps in setting up and implementing a classroom academic intervention:

Session 2: Saturday 12 May 2018: During this course wrap-up, participants review using accommodations in CSPs.
- PowerPoint: Session 2: The Teacher as RTI ‘First Responder’: How to Sustain Classroom Academic Support Plans
- Accommodations Finder. This free app offers sample ideas to accommodate at-risk learners in the classroom.
- Classroom Support Plan (CSP). This Google Docs form is designed to capture the essential documentation of a CSP, including the intervention play, record of student contacts during the intervention, and progress-monitoring data.
