Nathan writes down homework assignments in his planner correctly and completely WITHOUT prompting.

Nathan turns in his completed homework on time.

When completing in-class work, Nathan has attempted some degree of independence; he has not asked for adult support for each and every question.

During unstructured times, or other times when students are engaging in enjoyable classroom activities or discussions, Nathan has been able to keep his laughing under control, so as not to be disruptive and/or have to be calmed down by the teachers.

In conversation, Nathan gets to the point as opposed to engaging the listener in too many details.

The student was quiet during work time and did not make noise or call out.

I used my homework folders to organize my classwork into my folder. (if no homework leave blank or write in N/A)

The student worked independently and did not disturb his classmates.

Je'Cori will bring his checksheet to Mrs. Martin daily for assessment interview.

Je'Cori sat in class without fidgeting or squirming more than most peers. Self-monitored inattentive behaviors.
