On Friday, 9 October 2015, Jim Wright presented a keynote address, Motivating Students Through Positive Behavior Management, to K-8 staff of Onalaska (WI) Public Schools. Here are resources from that training day.

- Choice 1:Self-Check Behavior Checklist Maker. Use this application to make a unique checklist of behavior for the student to follow, use to self-monitor, etc.
- Choice 2: Behavior Report Card Maker. Create a customized Behavior Report Card for a student in your classroom to conveniently rate his or her behaviors on a daily basis.
- Choice 3: Jackpot Reward Finder. Use the Reward Finder to make reinforcer surveys to discover what rewards motivate students. Also, create reward menus for student to choose from when they have earned an incentive.

- Tier 2/3 Intervention Website: National Center on Intensive Intervention Academic Intervention Chart. Sponsored by the National Center on Intensive Intervention, this page provides ratings to intervention programs in math, reading, and writing. Users can sort their search by subject and grade level.
