When given a writing prompt, Justyn will attain a score 75% when writing on topic using simple, compund and complex sentences with no more than 4 grammatical errors per paragraph.
Justyn when given a passage, Justyn will be able to identify the main idea, details and draw conclusions to answer the related questions with 75%.
Justyn will improve reading skills by identifying the main idea, details, and answering inferential WH questions (when, why, and how) with 75% accuracy with visual or verbal prompts in 3 out of 4 trials.
Bobby will make strides to improve his behavior in class by remaining on task and completing his work while in class at 80%.
Bobby will be able to graph plotting points, that would also include translation, dilation and rotation given with 80% accuracy.
Bobby will be able to define a variable, write equation ans solve equations with 80% accuracy.
Bobby will show progress towards communicating a variety of math strategies to solve problems within the classroom at 80% of the time
Given instruction, Tyler will start and complete assignments independently and raise his hand for assistance after he has attempted the assignment in 4 out of 5 trials as measured by teacher data by February 2016.
By date of annual review, Jasmine will respectfully comply with adult requests 100% of the time as measured by teacher reports and discipline records.
