Gosei will improve his self management skills inside and outside the classroom decreasing physical aggression hitting, scratching and targeted inappropriate behaviors.
Mark will use toilet on trip training schedule, using the toilet 50% of opportunities.
Mark Will increase his self-management skills as measured by the achievement of the following objectives by washing his hands 1)obtaining soap 2) rubbing hands 3) rinsing hands and 4) getting a paper towel with 1 verbal prompt
Mark will hold a name stamp and utilize it to place his name within a box designated for his name going from partial physical assistance to independence at 50%
Mark will complete 2 or more work jobs and will clean up work jobs when complete with teacher assistance in his special education classroom ranging from verbal prompting to physical assistance 3 out of 5 opportunities.
Mark will actively participate in physical activities for 10 minutes with minimal verbal prompting for 4/5 consecutive sessions.
Mark will complete 2 or more work jobs with teacher assistance ranging from assistance to verbal prompting, including cleaning up the work job and returning it to it's proper location when completed.
Mark will participate in physical activities during adaptive physical education time with minimal prompting for 4/5 consecutive sessions.
When in the school and community and when given verbal redirection Mark will refrain from hitting and scratching others.
Mark will decrease targeted inappropriate behavior, hitting scratching others biting, and self-injurious biting and head banging.
