Rafael will increase Math calculation ability by solving multi-step equations given calculations using addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in math with minimum or 80% given 2 out of data points on classroom assignments.

Rafael will develop a clear topic with details which will include use of a clear topic sentence, at least four details to support the topic, and closing sentence across content areas on at least 4 out of 5 writing assignments.

Rafael will identify meanings of target vocabulary words using context-clues, verbally/in-writing, in 4 out of 5 opportunities across 3 of 4 class assignment with 70% accuracy.

Rafael when given a word and definition, Rafael will use the word in context, verbally or in-writing, in 4 out of 5 opportunities across 3 out of 4 class assignments.

Josiah will complete daily student agenda, complete daily notebook, for each class including homework/classroom assignment for parent daily signature, special education teacher and case manager

Josiah will improve his work/study and organizational habits in all academic classes at 70% accuracy as measured by his special education teachers and case manager.
