Hi. I am Jim Wright, the creator of Intervention Central. I am an RTI consultant and trainer based in Central New York who has worked for 17 years in public schools as a school psychologist and administrator.

My website provides teachers, schools and districts with free resources to help struggling learners and to implement Response to Intervention. With many school districts across the nation now facing serious budget constraints, my goal is to make Intervention Central the top website for high quality RTI resources available at no cost--including articles on effective academic and behavioral intervention practices and interactive tools to create assessment and other materials.
